About View Point North

Viewpoint North is the largest of the HOA’s in what is known as “The Viewpoint”. The Viewpoint is the first Master Planned Community in Prescott Valley, AZ, bringing long awaited paved streets, gutters and streetlights – along with areas set apart for parks, open space and schools. This community was conceived and developed by the Ball Family and approved by the Town of Prescott Valley in the mid 1990's.

Viewpoint West, East and Park Ridge along with Viewpoint North are all a part of the original development plan.  Viewpoint North was established in 1997 and as the largest of these communities is still developing residential homes.
Viewpoint North is a rental restricted community. The 5% Rental Restriction Amendment approved by the Board of Directors, has been in place since 2005.

Viewpoint North is part of the spectacular valley lying between the Bradshaw and Mingus Mountains. The elevation of 5100 feet, wide open spaces and clean mountain air provide just a part of the quality of life in Prescott Valley. Viewpoint North is a Homeowners Association guided by the original Developer/Declarant.

Currently there are 800+ homes/units in Viewpoint North located in the many different neighborhoods available in the Association. Approximately 150 acres yet to be developed, were planned and entitled in the mid 1990’s.
